Julio Cesar was the name of the Guatemala born baby boy that God has chosen for us. He is William(Will) Thomas to his mommy and daddy. Will was born on January 10, 2007. The first time we saw his precious face was on January 26, 2007. The first time we touched that precious face was on August 3, 2007. Will came home to an airport full of waiting family and friends on August 9, 2007.
Will is a precious little boy. He smiles and laughs easily. He is so observant of his surroundings and stares so much when leave the house you would think we never take him anywhere! 
Will’s newest enjoyment is waving. He waves “Hi” and “Byebye” and if he hasn’t seen you in 5 minutes!
I have been wondering how things have been going for you guys! I am glad to hear that little Will will be home very soon. Congratulations! He’s beautiful!
